The lodging will be located at Sundance Mountain Resort.

We have secured a DISCOUNTED room block rate at Sundance Mountain Resort, but you must call to secure your room rate. Please be aware, there are several different options available for your room.

Per resort guidelines, Initial deposit of one night room and tax is due at the time of the individual booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Reservations cancelled within 30 days are the responsibility of the guest canceling the reservation and are subject to forfeiture of the full value of the reservation.

Check-in 4:00 PM, Check-out Wednesday, February 8, 2023, 11:00 AM. The hotel will honor the conference rate for three days pre and post event, pending availability if you would like to come early or stay late.

ABSOLUTELY, and we encourage you to bring them. Part of the challenges of the medical career relate to decreased time with family and friends. Although we do not personally offer childcare, there are options for ski school as well as scheduled events for those you bring with you to meet and connect. We have found through previous events that many of the kids really connect with each other and have tons of fun playing together while attendees are in the conference .There is ample time to spend with family during this event. If you do not have children, there is a wide variety of things to do as well!

Cancellation policy:

Refund Policy: Cancellations made 90 days prior to the event will be refunded the full registration amount minus a nonrefundable $100 processing. All cancellations made for any reason after that date are nonrefundable.

Warren Wellness MD, PLLC, reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including challenges related to COVID-19, and if this occurs, the full registration fee minus $100 processing fee will be refunded. All other costs incurred to the participant will not be the responsibility of Warren Wellness MD, PLLC. Lodging and airline have their separate cancellation policies and Warren Wellness, MD, PLLC is not responsible for associated fees otherwise.
