We have experience speaking in a variety of small and large settings including residency programs, state and local chapter meetings, church events, and larger medical conferences. We are passionate and personally invested in civil service (police/EMS/firefighters), military, the medical community, mom/parenting groups, Public school districts, churches, athletes, and non-profit organizations.

We offer workshop series throughout the year, but if you are interested in hosting an event, we can provide any of these listed below for you or can tailor one to meet your needs, including CME for healthcare professionals. Please note that we do more than medical professionals.

    WARREN WELLNESS MD IS ACCREDITED BY THE TEXAS MEDICAL ASSOCIATION TO PROVIDE CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR PHYSICIANS. EDUCATION IS OPEN TO ANYONE IN THE UNITED STATES AND IS NOT LIMITED TO TEXAS. COURSES ARE ALSO OPEN TO ANYONE WHO IS NOT OBLIGATED TO EARN CME BUT IS INTERESTED IN THE COURSE.

  • What is depression and where does it come from? We will dive into some of the science of this state of being, allow for opportunities of self-awareness, then discuss tools to help change this state of mind.

  • If you find the creation of habits leading to long-term change challenging, this one workshop is for you. You will have the opportunity to assess your current routine and habits, learn the science of why you do things this way, and methods to create new habits for a more well version of yourself.

  • The essence of self-soothing is to understand the fact that we need to be able to stand on our own, but that we do not stand alone. We all console ourselves and meet our needs with some degree of success. Our frustration, either with ourselves or the world around us, comes when those needs or desires are not optimally met. Mastering self-soothing allows each individual an enormous potential for enduring and growing in this ever-changing environment in which we live and share with others.

  • Basic and Advanced Workshops Available

    (a) Learn basic techniques of being present, decreasing reactivity that leads to outbursts and frustration, improvement in concentration and focus, and multiple other benefits.

    (b) Learn techniques of meditation

  • Learn simple methods of losing weight that do not require a restrictive diet, entering all of your macros into an app, or set yourself up for failure. These tools address not only ways to lose weight but also focus on emotional and stress eating and ways to cope in a different way

  • Our gut plays a role in all aspects of our health and how we feel. Poor gut health is related to headaches, upset stomach and gastrointestinal diseases, mental health, fatigue, sleep and many other symptoms we feel on a regular basis that aren’t linked to a specific diagnosis. We will review how to improve your gut health which by default can help with many of the symptoms listed above

  • These vary from how to incorporate specific nutrients into your diet, decrease your risk of chronic diseases including high blood pressure, diabetes and dementia and also help with weight loss. Other courses in this area include meal prep, nutrition for kids as well as how it relates to specific diseases.

  • We will provide interactive, live content for your event, whether this be a one hour luncheon or a several day wellness retreat. Topics tailored toward your individual needs. You provide venue/online meeting space, and we will provide the educational material.

  • We can tailor these to meet your wellness needs.

  • Dr. Warren and/or Rebekah will be happy to speak at your next engagement.

    (a) Topics include but not limited to sleep, clinician burnout in medical community, mental wellness (anxiety, mindfulness, depression, etc), nutrition, clinician burnout, exercise, goals and habits, lifestyle management of specific chronic diseases of your choice (diabetes, hypertension, obesity, heart disease, etc and others per your request

    (b) Sessions can be done live (in person or online), or pre-recorded and are very interactive and engaging.

    (c) We are available for non-profit and other organizational lunches, retreats, corporate meetings, MOPS, church events, civil service, grand rounds or other CME events, residency and medical school education series, cycling/camping trips with wellness focus or other events as requested.

    (d) All speaking engagements can be tailored to your group/event on most wellness topics

    (e) We are accredited to provide Category I AMA Continuing Education hours in the state of TX, or collaborate with your organization if you provide CME nationally to any and all events.
